Vintage basket (bonbonnière), table centerpiece with a thick-walled glass inner container. Classic rectangular model on lion's claws. Sturdy adjustable handle for transport.
The small dish is openwork all around, with a medallion on the front and back and on the handle.
Made of metal, then presumably silver-plated (chrome-plated/nickel-plated?)
The entire piece is in beautiful, undamaged condition. No chips in the glass.
Suitable for presenting your treats or flowers, for example.
