Beautiful jewelry box designed by the firm Erhard & Söhne from Germany (founded by Gottlieb Erhard and his sons from Schwäbisch Gmünd)
Crafted from brass with detailed filigree and relief decoration, incorporating, among other things, snail motifs in the openwork base.
Interior fitted with the still original dark blue velvet fabric.
The lock works and the original key is still included.
Bottom marked with the Erhard & Söhne logo.
This box has deliberately not been polished because it has acquired such a beautiful patina over the years, which is often appreciated. Of course, you can polish the box if desired.
The whole is in very nice condition with normal light signs of use commensurate with its age. Please see the photos for details.
