Henry Loveridge & Co. was a prominent 19th-century British manufacturing company, famous for producing high-quality lacquered earthenware, tin, copper, and brass. The company was founded in 1840 and was based at the Merridale Works in Wolverhampton. It grew into one of the largest and most respected lacquer companies in the United Kingdom before closing its doors in 1927.
This bin is in undamaged condition with normal signs of use commensurate with its age.
Deliberately not polished because it has acquired a beautiful patina through the passage of time. See the photos for details.
