Champagne cooler by Louis Roederer called the "Beatrice" (old version). Not to be confused with the newer versions.
There are hallmarks on the bottom edge that I cannot decipher myself.
This cooler has definitely been used, judging by the wear on the silver plating, which reveals the copper underneath. This gives it a beautiful, lived-in look. No dents.
