A beautiful Limoges egg with a lid. The interior features a set table with two porcelain plates, a metal knife, fork, and candlestick, and two genuine wine glasses. This is placed on a metal (copper?) tray. The dome is made of etched crystal (Fanex France). The top is finished with a green glass stone. It is beautifully and delicately rendered. The egg rests on a metal stand. The bottom of the hand-painted porcelain is signed. See the photos. The whole is in undamaged condition.
For those who love miniatures, this is a valuable addition to the collection.
