This one is titled "Satirical View of the Asakusa Kannon Temple Tokyo" by the creator Kiyochika Kobayashi (1847-1915)
This print is in beautiful, undamaged condition with normal signs of wear. Please see the photos.
Included are two cardboard envelopes, one with text. See photos.
